THE BRIEF
Provide large scale program planning and activation support to Nike to bring to life the Joga Bonito Soccer Campaign.
THE EXECUTION
NRG created, produced, and managed a series of grass roots soccer competitions throughout the USA. NRG was responsible for all onsite and vehicle branding, infrastructure, staffing, venue management and logistics. NRG was also responsible for marketing outreach, working with soccer clubs and leagues to drive participation at each of the events and record the data of each participant.
THE RESULT
An integrated combination of youth and media soccer and promotional events, including, a mobile marketing tour, neighborhood tournaments, a professional freestyle soccer squad, and coaching clinics. NRG produced events in 30 separate cities nationwide, a total of 312 separate events.
With up to 1500 players per event, NRG attracted over 100,000 participants nationwide.
