ABBREVIATED LIFE HISTORY:

Born in Cambridge, England. Raised in New Haven, CT until twelve-years-old. Memorized more than 1,000 facts in order to win the Black Facts Contest for my school during Black History Month. Developed the close-knit group of friends that makes Durham, NC home. Bleed Duke Blue. Strived for full immersion while staying with a host family in Kostroma, Russia. Played and traded candy with the local gypsy children. Renewed by Nelson Mandela's message during a speech following his release from prison. Discovered that 40,000 people can achieve an unimaginable and absolute silence. Attended Colorado College. Played soccer until several ankle injuries resulted in major surgery. Earned a Bachelors degree in International Political Economics. Moved to Hermosa Beach, CA, striving to become a sports agent. Assisted in representing NHL and minor league hockey players at Horizon Sports Group. Handled client services/representation, marketing and the coordination of a summer camp for up and coming NHL players at IMG. Created, developed and produced the Athlete Deep Sea Fishing Challenge to help raise money for childhood cancer research. Met Mario Lemieux, an amazingly humble and gracious athlete and a true ambassador to the sport of hockey. Sprayed Dom Perignon in the locker room and drank out of the Stanley Cup with the New Jersey Devils. Discovered the right blend of passion, vision and creativity with NRG Marketing, LLC. Found a recipe for success in the teamwork and universal understanding of the common goal.

Making great memories everyday with family and friends. My Dad's indispensable life lessons in overcoming severe hardships while perpetuating a positive outlook and unfaltering kindness. Preserving the memory of a little sister's hunger for life, determination and passion by incorporating her beliefs into an everyday reality.
