Born and raised in Sydney, Australia. Vacationed each year on the Gold Coast. Dreamt of moving to the US. Swam the 50m and 100m breaststroke in high school. Competed at the InterSchool Swimming Championships against a rival team with two Olympian swimmers. Shocked everyone by winning. Studied by correspondence at the University of Southern Queensland. Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a Public Relations Minor. Worked in sales for Radio 2UE in order to volunteer for the sports show each evening. Managed rugby league and union players in Australia. Witnessed, by exclusive invite, David Beckham and a player from each of the other football codes kicking goals from barge to barge in Sydney Harbour. Ran the game days in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Sydney for the Wallabies. Was enlivened by listening to the Australian national anthem from the sidelines at the 2008 Rugby League World Cup Final. Drank kava with the New Zealand team after the games. Experienced New York, Las Vegas and LA for the first time with my sister. Gained the courage to pursue a sports marketing career in the US. Discovered a shared passion for sports, events and the creation of exceptional experiences with NRG.
